FREE LIVE WORKSHOP · FOR ESTABLISHED COACHES

When Your Business Gets Too Big to Run From Memory

3 places growing coaches need systems before things start slipping

You’ve built a business that works. But somewhere along the way, you became the person keeping all the pieces moving.

Follow-up. Client details. Reminders. Next steps. The little things nobody else knows need to happen unless you tell them.

In this free workshop, you’ll uncover where your business still depends on you, why that gets harder as you grow, and what to systemize first.

THE REAL PROBLEM

Your business works. It just needs you a little too much.

Maybe a little more than a little.

  • You remember who needs a follow-up.

  • You know which client is waiting for what.

  • You notice when someone never booked.

  • You answer the questions.

  • You check that the email went out.

  • You know what should happen next.

That worked when the business was smaller. But growth changes the math.

The more clients, leads, offers and moving pieces you add, the more expensive it becomes for the business to rely on your memory.

Three places growing coaches need systems

interest

When interested people are waiting on you

Someone comments, downloads, messages, attends something, asks a question or says, “I’m interested.”

What happens next?

You’ll see where opportunities start depending on someone remembering to follow up, and why this gets harder to manage as your audience grows.

CLIENT DELIVERY

When the client experience lives in your head

Someone says yes.

Now there are emails to send, forms to complete, appointments to schedule, instructions to give, questions to answer and expectations to manage.

You’ll identify the places where clients still need you to tell them what happens next.

AFTER THE SALE

When good relationships quietly disappear

Programs end. Clients graduate. People aren't ready yet. Past buyers go quiet.

You’ll see why relationships often disappear simply because there isn’t a system telling the business what should happen next.

THE INTERACTIVE CENTERPIECE

Your Business Dependency Audit

During the workshop, you'll look at your own business and answer one deceptively simple question:

  • Where does this business still need me to remember what happens next?

  • You'll identify the processes that currently depend on you, then sort them by what needs attention first.

  • By the end, you won't leave with a pile of automation ideas.

  • You'll leave knowing which parts of your business have outgrown the way you're running them.

SAVE YOUR SEAT

Your business can grow without taking more of you with it.

Come with your business exactly as it is.

Leave knowing where it still relies too heavily on you, what needs a system, and where to start.

Meet Your Coach

My background in psychology, counseling, and nearly a decade in healthcare taught me to look beyond the obvious symptom and find the pattern underneath it.

I do the same thing with businesses.

By the time a coach comes to me, the business usually works. She has clients. She has leads. She may even have a team and several systems already in place.

The problem is that too much of the business still depends on her.

She is remembering who needs follow-up. Checking whether something got sent. Answering the same questions. Moving people from one step to another. Keeping a hundred tiny details alive in her head.

I find the places where growth has outpaced the way the business operates, then design the systems that let it run with less dependence on you.
